Agreement and Legal Terms

By submitting this form, you (the "Requester") enter into a binding agreement with Raquel Riley Thomas, also known as Elite Queen of the World 2025, c/o An Officer and Gentlewoman, LLC (“AOAGWLLC”), and agree to the following terms: Binding Agreement: This completed form constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Requester and AOAGWLLC for the appearance of Raquel Riley Thomas, contingent upon acceptance and written confirmation from Queen of the World Pageant. Appearance Fees: Requester acknowledges that fees may apply depending on the nature, location, and duration of the event. Any applicable appearance fee must be paid in full no later than 4 business days before the event date to secure the appearance. Use of Name & Likeness: Requester may not use Raquel Riley Thomas’s name, title (Elite Queen of the World), image, brand, or likeness in any promotional, commercial, or media materials without prior written approval from Queen of the World Pageant. Event Conditions: The Requester agrees to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment and is responsible for all travel accommodations (if applicable), including transportation, lodging, and meals, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by the Requester less than 2 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of any deposit or full fee, unless otherwise approved in writing. Cancellations by AOAGWLLC due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of any paid fees. Media Coverage & Rights: Any media coverage (print, digital, or broadcast) involving Raquel Riley Thomas must be disclosed in advance. Rights to record or distribute her appearance must be explicitly approved in writing by AOAGWLLC. Indemnification: Requester agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Raquel Riley Thomas and AOAGWLLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the event, excluding those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct by Raquel Riley Thomas or her team.
